The origins of UKRMES

UKRMES began life as an engineering division of the F&M group.

F&M’s engineering division was established in 2009 as a direct response to farmers, who had previously been disappointed by the services offered by third party providers. A team of specialist engineering inspectors and support staff was formed to meet this industry demand.

With a team of inspectors now covering the whole of the UK, F&M's engineering division provided comprehensive inspection services to the farming sector and the construction and plant hire industries. We offered a complete package including site visits, inspections, reports and renewal reminders, F&M would ensure your LOLER and PUWER responsibilities were met within a competitive price structure.

Over the years, with a growing range of clients and overall great business performance, the decision was made for the division to separate into its own entity, thus forming UKRMES, the nationwide name you know today. We're still offering the same great range of services, but bigger and better.
